CBS5.com reports that members of the Oakland, California-based death metal band ALL SHALL PERISH were unharmed in a mini-bus accident in Australia that claimed the lives of two members of another band, a band member said in an email Wednesday.

Matt Kuykendall, the drummer for ALL SHALL PERISH, said, "We are fine, yes."

However, Kuykendall said two members of the Australian band THE RED SHORE, which was traveling with ALL SHALL PERISH, and their crew "were tragically killed."

Kuykendall identified those members as Damo and Andy.

"Our hearts go out to the families of Damo and Andy and everyone else in THE RED SHORE," he said.

News reports said the accident occurred when the two bands were traveling from Brisbane to Sydney when their van veered off the road, rolled several times and slammed into a tree.

Kuykendall said, "We have two more shows left in Melbourne and then we are flying home for the holidays."
