CHILDREN OF BODOM bassist Henkka T. Blacksmith has checked in with the following update:

"Yeah, finally the thing is done. Yesterday we had the first master and we listened to it with bunch of reporters from all around the world in Helsinki! It was good, we had sauna, and then we dipped into the icecold Baltic Sea. Respect for doing that! Anyway, feeling relieved now that the album finally complete. It sounds good! Can't wait to get on tour again..."

As previously reported, Spinefarm Records will issue Blooddrunk on April 9th. There will also be a single, for the title track 'Blooddrunk', released on February 27th. According to Spinefarm, the band will travel to Germany in mid-December to film two videos, to be produced by Katapult Filmproduktion.

Should be better than AYDY, but i'm not going to hype it any more than that. I only hope that mainstream fans don't ruin them. It's better when nobody really knows about them. They're like a hidden weapon.
