Rob Zombie has commented on upcoming concert album, which appears to be simply titled "Zombie Live". The disc comes out on September 18 and is Zombie's first-ever live effort, featuring 18 songs from both his solo career and his time with WHITE ZOMBIE.
Zombie told The Pulse of Radio (formerly Launch Radio Networks) that fans should expect a wide assortment of material. "We did the live record last summer when we were on tour, and it's a pretty long record, it's 18 songs, it's a little bit of everything," he said. "There's a couple of songs on there that we hardly ever, ever play, that we played a couple of nights and recorded it — older WHITE ZOMBIE songs like 'Black Sunshine' and things like that which we never, ever play. We didn't even hardly ever play that even in WHITE ZOMBIE. So, you know, stuff like that's pretty cool."
Zombie recorded the disc while touring in support of his third solo outing, 2006's "Educated Horses".
"Zombie Live" will also include a 36-page booklet featuring previously unpublished live photos as well as a DVD containing live footage and several animated videos.
Zombie previously told The Pulse of Radio that he will hit the road this fall. Sources have said that Zombie will be touring with OZZY OSBOURNE.
Meanwhile, Zombie's third outing as a screenwriter and director, a remake of the classic horror movie "Halloween", arrives in theatres on August 31.

The live dvd will be worth it, his live shows are quite enjoyable. In other news, Sources have said that OZZY OSBOURNE is no icon and his die-hard followers are as blind as his old a$$ is. And finally, the ignorant will respond with anti-Rob Zombie comments even though no direct comparison was made between the two.
