The following press release has been announced:

"BIELER BROS. RECORDS are proud to announce the launch of “THE GREAT AMERICAN RAMPAGE” Tour. Created to be an annual touring event, this year’s inaugural jaunt will take place in the United States and will run from October through December, and is set to feature a power-packed lineup of bands.

Co-headlining “THE GREAT AMERICAN RAMPAGE” this year will be metal fan favorites, NONPOINT, and the kings of Ragga-Punk-Metal, SKINDRED. Supporting the “Rampage” headliners will be none other than Latin-Metal Monsters, ANKLA, who are currently dominating OZZFEST’s second stage and making a name for themselves as the festivals breakthrough act this year. With three powerhouse bands already on tap, opening acts for the journey are expected to be announced soon.

“THE GREAT AMERICAN RAMPAGE” will also feature a series of prize giveaways and opportunities to interact with the bands. Dates for the tour and more details will be announced soon."

no think a shiitier version of pod and ill nino and you have ankla. Other than the showdown quite possibly the gayest band at this past ozzfest.
This show stinks of low rider wiggerdom.

Okay, they are nothing like the bands you said. Ankla is a spanish band I'll give you that but they're a lot faster and heavier than both of those bands. Check them out yourself and see for yourself. My favorite song by them is Still Alive.

And POD and Ill Nino sound 100% produced, these guys at least sound like they actually wrote the f***ing music. One of the guys used to be in the band Puya that played at Ozzfest years ago.

Yeah, I have their CD "Fundamental" I don't know what happened to the band or anything but I think the guitarist from Ankla was in Puya. Whoever was in the band was saying it was nice to be back on the Ozzfest stage.

It was the singer who said that/was in Puya. And rk is f***in tone deaf. I never heard Ill nino but P.O.D. are only similar in that they are spanish just llike Ankla. P.O.D. is one of those rap/rock mix bands existing in betweem rock and Metal, from what i've heard from them. Ankla however, definitly rests on the Metal side of the picket fence seperating rock and Metal. Far heavier than P.O.D., and far more talented, go listen to "Your Grace Makes Me Sick" by Ankla, it's an excellent Metal song in my opinion to anyone who wants to hear what they sound like.

Now Playing: Nonpoint- "Victim"

no a$$hole im not tone deaf. If you think that santana sans korn like garbage is metal then i feel sorry for you. Personally i thought liza minelli was less gay than those nu-metal putos.

I'm not getting into an argument with anybody I'm just saying for whoever wants to know if they're any good to find out for themselves and get their own opinion. Someone may like it while another may hate it.

Ok, Ankla sounds like Soulfly. That's pretty much the best comparison you'll get. They have the two percussionist thing going, and it is the guitarist who was in Puya. Anyway, they were alright live, but this tour looks kinda lame I must admit.
