Osbournes Go To Court
Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne will go to court on February 13, 2003 to contest a law suit brought against them by Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake, the bassist and drummer respectively on the first two Ozzy albums, ‘Blizzard Of Oz’ and ‘Diary Of A Madman’. The latter pair are claiming for alleged owed royalties. Both albums were recently re-issued with Daisley and Kerslake’s contributions wiped off and replaced by those of Robert Trujillo and Mike Bordin.
