Roadrunner Petitioned To Change 3 Inches Of Blood Band Name

Band Photo: 3 Inches Of Blood (?)
Ladd Everitt, editor of Transcending the Mundane, recently posted an open letter/petition to Roadrunner Records on the subject of 3 Inches of Blood.
The open letter begins, "We, the undersigned, hereby request that the name of Roadrunner Records artist 3 Inches of Blood be changed, effective immediately, to '6 Inches of Blood.'
We believe this proposal to be a modest and reasonable one for the following reasons:
1) Because three inches of blood hardly crests the ankle of a man of average height, and surely the blood has risen higher given the band’s many famous victories in battle against both Orc armies and Goatrider hordes."

Man that is one of the gayest things to do, try to get a petition signed by people to change a band name. There are lots of really bad names out there but who cares? They chose it for some reason and maybe they like it. Listen to the f***ing music then judge them.

Read the full article. It is nothing but a f***in joke. I would never take it seriously and they even talk about the dung. & dragons manual?!?!? wtf. I dont get it, it seems like something a retarded 10 year old wrote while hallucinating. If they ever put that on this site, itd be one of those things you'd see about 100 people bash on.

Well Strife they might of had something about Dungeons & Dragons because they have said that they love D&D in the past. It's not like that's something random they decided to make up. I didn't read the whole article because I don't have the time but I really doubt that a band would change their name because a couple people didn't like it. That loses all credibility a band might have. And The Devil Wears Prada is a gay name but the band isn't good anyways so who cares?
