You can check out a new song from BEHOLD…THE ARCTOPUS entitled “Canada” online over at the band’s official MySpace page. The track comes off the band’s upcoming new album, Skullgrid, which is expected to be released in October through Black Market Activities/Metal Blade Records. Not too bad, I love their clean interludes - if you ask me that's where they really shine, brilliant patterns and harmony. Can hear alot of Jarzombek's influence in the wicked solos too.

Canada is a really big departure from nano-nucleonic cyborg summoning IMO, they've toned down the complexity for the sake of complexity (to a certain extent), and really focused on a more obvious melody it seems; I find it to be minimalistic....I really like it :)
