Adema Post New Single Online
ADEMA's new single, "Cold and Jaded", has been posted on the group's MySpace page. The song comes off the Southern California-based band's new album, "Kill the Headlights" due on August 21 via Immortal Records. The CD was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Marshall Altman (MARC BROUSSARD, ZEBRAHEAD). Mastering duties were handled by Eddie Schreyer at Oasis Mastering in Burbank. Check out the cover artwork at this location.
ADEMA was recently picked up by Union Entertainment Group, which also manages such well-known bands as NICKELBACK, DEFAULT and CANDLEBOX.
ADEMA last year announced the addition of vocalist Bobby Reeves of the Los Angeles-based band LEVEL to the group's ranks. Reeves joined ADEMA as the replacement for Luke Caraccioli, who left the band in October 2005 — only six months after the release of their first album ("Planets") without the contributions of singer Marky Chavez (half-brother of KORN's Jonathan Davis).
ADEMA 2007 is:
Bobby Reeves - Vocals
Tim Fluckey - Guitars
Ed Faris - Guitars
Dave DeRoo - Bass
Kris Kohls - Drums
Possum of Altitude TV recently conducted a video interview with ADEMA bassist Dave DeRoo at the Key Club in Los Angeles. DeRoo dishes on the band's new singer, Bobby Reeves ("I wish I would've met him 10 years ago; it would've made my life a lot easier," says DeRoo), the group's new record, their past mistakes, and how they've survived the business.
