Exodus Hard At Work On New Album

Bay Area thrash titans Exodus are revealed to be hard at work on a new album, founding guitarist Gary Holt commented, "Rehearsing about seven hours a day right now, busting our asses as [producer] Mr. [Andy] Sneap (Arch Enemy, Kreator, Testament, Opeth) will arrive on June 3 and into the studio we go. Eleven songs done as of now, as sick as fuck. Everyone always talks about how their next record is the next this or that, all I'm going to say is this next record is a crushing landmark in Exodus history. I am stoked. Truly. I'm not giving out the title (or titles) right now, so you'll have to wait and be patient! But man, this new shit is aggressive with a capital A! Thrash metal at its hardest."

man they have changed so much, i will have to say that their best cd was Tempo Of The Damned, and i saw them on the monsters of mayhem tour and thought they coulda done a little better... of course they were going to play a lot of Shovel Headed Kiling Machine since that was their most recent release, but i hate that cd because the vocal style changed a lot alongside the mood... i hope this cd could be like Tempo Of The Damned or earlier stuff but i guess we'll have to see... hope they can redeem themselves...
