Ephel Duath will enter the studio shortly to begin recording their next album, The Painter's Palette

Italian avant garde metallers Ephel Duath have revealed the tracklisting for their upcoming Elitist Records full-length, The Painter's Palette.

The band has a new, complete line-up for the album, and expect a lengthy list of "established musicians" from the progressive metal world to appear on the effort, which is to be recorded shortly. A concept album, each song is said "to evoke a particular colour. You, the listener, are the painter and the songs are to be used to complete the painting in your imagination."

The tracklisting is as follows:

1. Ruins (blue and a little violet)
2. The Picture (Bordeaux)
3. Labyrinthine (crimson)
4. The Other's Touch (amaranth)
5. Praha (ancient gold)
6. The Unpoetic Circle (bottle green)
7. My Glass Shelter (dirty white)
8. Ironical Communion (bright orange)
9. The Passage (pearl grey)
