Members of Candlemass and Lions Share have set up a collaboration band called C.R.A.N.K.
C.R.A.N.K. is the name of a brand new Stockholm "supergroup" consisting of Candlemass guitarist Mats "Mappe" Björkman, Lions Share members Johan Koleberg (drums) and Pontus Egberg (bass), as well as singer Alex Swerdh and guitarist Ulf Larsson (of the Kiss cover band Kyss). Described as a cross between Marilyn Manson, Rammstein, and Pain, the quintet have finished recording a five-song demo at Platform Studios and Egberg's home recording facility and are planning on tracking more material after the summer.
