yeeeeessssss!!!! hopefully there will be a USA tour as well!
BLACKDOG- i wouldnt get too excited about a new album. dio is only going to do a few tour dates with sabbath. technically, ozzy is still sabbath's 'official frontman' and thus only he will be singing on any future albums. thats why this is called "Heaven and Hell" and not Black Sabbath.

Yeah I know.Call it wishful thinking.Nothing against OZZY.I've just never ever seen DIO live period much less with SABBATH.So it would be a big thing for me if it happend. Then on the other hand I've never ever seen SABBATH live either(with the exception of the live aide apearance) so either way I'd be in for a treat.

I saw the original Sabbath and they could do no wrong! Total gods! As for Dio, I respect him as a metal icon and think that he's an overall cool guy but aside from TV Crimes, I couldn't stand any of his songs. Reminded me too much of Helloween sorta stuff which I really don't like.

As far as I am concerned...Mob Rules and Heaven and Hell are 2 of the best Sabbath recordings ever....ok so Born Again ( w/ Ian Gillan was decent too..)
YES...I know that Ozzy era Sabbath is classic metal in its truest form but....I have seen Sabbath with Ozzy and I had the chance to see them on the Mob Rules tour w/ Dio.....
Dio is a much better singer/songwriter...and you can even understand what he is singing and what he says between songs...
No offense to the Oz man...he has put out some great music over the years..but I lost ALOT of respect for the guy after the whole Ozbournes thing.....
I could only wish for this Heaven and Hell tour to have some dates in the midwest but I am guessing there wont even be any shows in the U.S and that just SUCKS A$$ !!!!!!!!!!!

First time I heard Dio he sang for my high school Sr. class dance in the fall of 1972, long before he was famous. Sang with his second band Elf with his cousin Dave Feinstein. Best Album he ever did was "Elf" I think--Incredible vocals, and Micky Lee Soules rocking piano kicked a$$ (didn't care for the second one) "Trying to Burn the Sun." Micky still plays around town sometimes hence the band name "Micky Sometimes" the old drummer in Elf was murdered, nearlly beheaded in a drug "dispute" in Ithaca it was rumored back in the early 80's. Feinstein still plays on and off in "The Rods" and runs a restaurant here called "The Holllywood" based on food from his and Dio's Italian background. Heavy Italian roots here, and ALL our grandmothers used to swear in Italian and give the "Evil Horns" hand symbol to people they were p***ed at. We laugh it's a Hard Rock thing now. Dio comes back and visits now and then, his mother recently passed away so he was back for that.

Ozzy is a God, no doubt about it .. But for those of us who like the Dio/Sabbath albums and never got to see the band live , this would be like f**king Christmas morning .. this thing better come to Canada! .. and no matter what it says on the ticket , it'll still be Sabbath to me!

Actually Sabbath has continued to put out excellent music no matter who was singing...Born Again with Ian Gillian was a fantastic album.. and the other half a dozen singers that have recorded with Iommi and Butler all had there good points...but the best was The DIO years..!!!!!!!!!!!
