KORN is scheduled to begin work on its new CD on September 24, the group's bassist, Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu, revealed in an interview conducted last night (Sept. 12) by Scoop of 102.7 WEBN's "Dawn Patrol" in Cincinnati. Audio of the interview has been posted online at this location.
KORN has revealed the details and track listing for the expanded edition of its seventh studio album, "See You on the Other Side", which will be released on September 26. The new version will include a "Chopped And Screwed" remix EP, live tracks, a bonus DVD and some other surprises, as singer Jonathan Davis told Launch: "There's a twist on the artwork. There's a DVD in there of from when we did the AOL sessions, some live songs at different places. We did the album chopped and screwed, so it's all slowed down and the whole chopped and screwed thing. There's a lot of cool stuff on there. You gotta get it because it's gonna be really cool."
The band's AOL Music session, which was its first-ever acoustic performance, is represented by unplugged versions of "Coming Undone" and "Twisted Transistor". The videos for both songs are also included.
Both are also among the songs being remixed for the set, along with "Getting Off". Live versions of "Twisted Transistor", "Coming Undone", "Hypocrites", "Blind", "Throw Me Away", "Liar" and others will also appear.
"See You On The Other Side" was originally issued last December and has sold over one million copies since its release.

For all you korn fans One question. Why does Johnathan say he's had it so bad when almost everyone in this world has had it just as bad... i mean it might not be in the way his was bad but in a sense it's been the same thing... another thing... this whole 'I got thousands of emails from kids saying if it wasnt for us they would have killed themselves.' .. i just would prefer a band that didnt whine about their problems and instead stuck there fist out against them but that's me i'm not hating on them.. i just dont like them. And besides the whole killing yourself thing is a bit ignorant..
i know this has no relevance to the subject but instead of hating and pointing fingers i like listening instead... i'm just curious that's all.

ok first off CRUSHEM korn acoustic was cool it sounded realy good so shoot your mouth off about that. and CHARLIE jhon has had a bad life so deal with it and their music did help people, it even helped me. just because u cant relate to korn doest mean they suck or whatever. most metal talks about there isssues in life KORN doesent whine ether. if u think korn whines then so do all the other bands out there that talk about there issues. if u dont want to hear it go and listen to some gay little girl music!

YOu shouldnt jump to the defense before you understand where i'm comming from.. no i'm not bashing them their music and the people that listen to them are no different from either other band.. i was just curious because i used to be a HUGE korn fan.. and i just find it extremely hard to go back and listen to even there older stuff.. whining to me is different the expressing and i'm not saying that your wrong by saying that i just have a different perception about music then you do.. sorry if i got on any of your bad sides.. that's not at all what i was intending.. i guess all i am trying to do is understand y'all since noone else is ((like lord agony))

i only read Charlies post, to answer it, its just how peoples mind works...i have/had it bad in things that very few people go through......but i have been getting over it so it all ends up good....and kids saying that Korn has helped them, Korn sings about things that maybe make people to feel like suicide is the only way out.....Korn helped me through times cause of their lyrics...so its all how a persons mind works...... this makes no sense i guess, but try to make it work for ya......

Jon has the most amazing, and versatile vocals in the industry and he does not whine. And yes he did have a fcked up life and expressed it through his music like so many other musicians do. Jon is a genius and millions of people worship his work. Korn isn't going anywhere, and when they do - their legacy will live on forever.
