Annihilator Guitarist And Founder Working Hard On New Album

Jeff Waters has been missing from Annihilator's online forum for some time, an unusual occurence for the guitarist and founder of the band. After many queries about this oddity, the band's webmaster issued the following report:

"I spoke with Jeff last week. He has been absent from this forum (a rare thing for Jeff!) because of literally locking himself away in his studio for months, working furiously on the new Annihilator CD. He says that most of the CD has been recorded. However, he is also taking care of the business end first, ie: new record deal, setting up touring, etc. I am sure that he will return here as soon as he can and we will all be in for some excitement here! Hang in!"
The follow-up to 2005's Schizo Deluxe CD will feature drummer Mike Mangini and Dave Padden, who will be the band's first guitarist to play rhythm guitar and sing on a record.
