DRAGONFORCE will be embarking on a headlining US tour this September with ALL THAT REMAINS and HORSE THE BAND. Confirmed dates so far are as follows:

September 8 - Los Angeles, CA @ Wiltern Theatre
September 9 - San Francisco, CA @ The Warfield
September 23 - Detroit, MI @ Harpo's

WTF?!?! I only heard Dragonforce at Ozzfest and it was okay but don't they only have one CD and they're headlining? I could be wrong, I didn't do any research on this band. I just know they have rave reviews about there new CD.

Okay, my bad. They have 3 CD's but they're still not that big yet. All That Remains is more popular than they are, I think. And I'm not judging by music just by the name.

Dragonforce is single-handedly waking the US up to the power metal that has been popular around the rest of the world for years. Hopefully they'll wake people up to other bands like Stratovarius, Blind Guardian, Sonata Arctica, and others that don'd get the recognition in the US that they deserve.
