Welp Kmadd, theres nothing I can do but act as the boss tells me. (deathbringer). I enjoy a wide range of bands from classic Slayer, to Heaven Shall Burn, to obv. Shadows Fall. I quit this site for quite a while because of the korn kiddies, and the fact that we had to post Korn stories. Ive gotten over it, but I still despise having to post about them, and then checking through the comments for spam and garbage. I guess no job is perfect this one included.

before all the emo sh** came around, before matt had to have throat surgery, before City of Evil which is a relatively lame CD (hence why all the emo's flooded them)
sounding the seventh trumpet is the best album they've done because its the heaviest from when they begun before matts throat trouble
they were f***in ace metal - and this is coming from a chimaira fan
not too mention with their three albums each of them have been very different in the way they have produced their songs with different styles,
and they f***in pulled it off without changing themselves

RAW--i don't see your comment on here anymore, but I did understand what you were getting at. my response to that is that i wasn't defining a7x by their heaviness, i was measuring them to, what i consider true metal anyway, by their musical and vocal style. though there are many debates over which genre of metal a band may fall under, i feel that the lines to be considered metal are much more clear, and a7x doesnt pass that test.
