40 BELOW SUMMER will release their new CD entitled "The Last Dance" via Crash Music on Halloween. The album will also include a special bonus DVD that centers around the groups last show which took place at the Starland Ballroom in New Jersey last September. Mike, they did break up and as far as I know they still are split.
Maybe the record company had an agreement for 3 records so this could be demo's and other unreleased material, or it could be some sort of reissue of "Sideshow Freaks" (I think that was the name of their first - independent - LP).
Max went on to start another band called Black Market Hero. Check them out if you get the chance.
