Crank It Up

(hed)p.e., Slayer, Fear Factory and Nonpoint will have tracks featured on the upcoming compilation album ‘Crank It Up’, to be released by MCA in the summer, in conjuction with NASCAR. So far the confirmed tracks are: ‘Crosstown Traffic’ – (hed)p.e. (a cover of the Jimi Hendrix classic), ‘Highway Star’ – Slayer (the Deep Purple rocker), ‘Cars’ - Fear Factory, ‘Circles’ – Nonpoint, ‘On The Road Again’ – Buckcherry, ‘Fast Car’ – Darwin’s Waiting Room, ‘Get Out Of My Dreams (Get Into My Car)’ – Fenix TX, ‘Cross The Line’ – Tantric, ‘Drivin’ Rain’ – Government Mule and ‘Hot Rod Lincoln’ – Les Claypool. I'm surprised that Apocalyptica's track featured in the NASCAR TV commercials is not on that record...
