RAMMSTEIN's latest album, "Rosenrot", will receive its long-awaited U.S. release on March 28 via Universal Music. The CD, which was certified platinum in Germany for sales in excess of 200,000 copies within two weeks of release last October, topped the official album chart in Germany, Austria and Finland, and landed at No. 2 in Sweden and Denmark, No. 4 in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, No. 5 in France, No. 6 in Mexico, No. 11 in Italy and No. 29 in the U.K. In addition, "Rosenrot" achieved gold status in Austria, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.
RAMMSTEIN's track "Mein Teil" was nominated in the "Best Metal Performance" category at the 48th annual Grammy Awards, which were held in Los Angeles in early February.

Nooo! don't listen to it. BURN IT WITH FIRE!!! its the subliminal mind messages brain washing you to like it. Be afraid...
I was dissapointed as well. ever get the feeling that as the band grows and becomes more popular the fan base changes so drastically causing the music to depreciate which finally leads to the numetal syndrome. The album is missing something...slightly boring and leaves much to the imagination. I dunno. mabey if i listen to again and again ill get use to it.
not their best album to date, but it's not their worst either. I like this new cd alot better than their last one with that horrible song "amerika". The only thing that bothers me about this new album is that song about queers "Mann Gegen Mann". thats just gross.
this band kicks fukn a$$ all the way. Their live performance alone puts 99% of rock bands to shame...and their latest album is awesome. I mean they've got songs to satiate the tastes of closet homos like the dude behind p4 and balls out heavy rock stuff like benzin and awesome melodic songs like spring, which in my opinion is the best song on the record. Overall, this is an awesome album I reckon and it deserves all the credit it's getting.
compared to herzeleid, the last album is about as techno as arch enemy, I think they schould return to their roots, but that's personal taste. I agree with post three, the album is missing something but I guees we see this with more bands (like metallica) that when things get better in their lives, the music get's less spirit or whatever. They had real personal problems when they did mutter and I think that's why it was a pretty agressive en very spiritfull album (whatever that's supposed to mean:P). I like the album nonetheless though, it has some great melody's. And by the why, I heard that man gegen man is an inspiration that the singer got from a freind of his, who's gay. Anyway the song isn't against gay's, it's about gay's.
