Black Dawn, Rotten Sound, ...And Oceans, Necropolis Records

Finnish black metallers Black Dawn, featuring members of ...And Oceans and Rotten Sound, were forced to change their name to The True Black Dawn.

Black Dawn's label Necropolis Records received a cease and desist order from a rap group of the same name. Even though the Finnish band has been around longer, the rap group apparently owns the name. Necropolis said that all future pressings of the band's recent Blood for Satan full-length will feature the new name and logo, making the original pressing something of a collector's item.
