"My solo project is still on !!! I've had lot's of fans asking me about this album and all I can say is sorry it's taking this long ! I was soooooo busy in 2005. I had session work coming out of my ass and also recorded the new DTB record. Needless to say, some of my guest's (for the album) were extremely busy as well. Alex Skolnick was very busy with Testament and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, while Trevor Dunn was doing his Jazz trio along with the Fantomas.
"Devin was solidly booked like he always is and Byron Stroud was crazy busy touring with both SYL and Fear Factory and the list goes on....I'm getting closer to finishing the writing for the album and am planning to record the album in early Summer 2006. My Brother, Jay Van Poederooyen (Headly, Hinder), will be Co-Producing, Mixing and Engineering the album for me, so expect it to sound HUGE ! Jay is an amazing talent and will make this album sound crushing. This record WILL get done this year !"
