New York's Black Army Jacket, featuring drummer Dave Witte (Burnt By The Sun, ex-Discordance Axis), and Infernal Racket Records (Dragon Green, Superhighway Carfire) have come to an agreement to release the band's final recordings.

Black Army Jacket's as-yet-untitled final album features seven previously unreleased tracks and two tracks from their split with grindcore stalwarts Agathocles.

Although the release is very much in its preliminary stages, Infernal Racket Records expects the release to drop sometime in summer 2002.
