Ligature Marks Premiere New Single & Music Video "Weapons" From Upcoming New Sophomore Album
Ligature Marks‘ new single “Weapons” has arrived online as a preview of their upcoming sophomore album. The group features members of Vintersea, Syx, Inflict and Proven, and they recorded the new track at Falcon Recording Studio with Gabe Johnston. The band’s own guitarist Karl Whinnery directed the accompanying music video, explaining his vision for it, “I told the band, think serial killer’s crawlspace, with a dash of Sicario thrown in.”
Frontman Ben Charles shared of the track:
“We wanted to make something that felt dangerous, something that was truly evil, from the song itself to the visuals. This one isn’t meant to feel like a warm hug, it’s meant to make you feel uneasy.”
