Reminitions Premiere New Single & Music Video "12 Gauge Facial" From Upcoming New EP "Death Cult"

Southern Californian deathcore outfit Reminitions have been revealed as the newest signing to Seek And Strike. The band will release their upcoming EP “Death Cult” through the label on September 04th.

The four-track release campaign has now officially begun with the arrival of the EP’s opening song, “12 Gauge Facial“. A Rohan Akira-directed music video for the track has also been released, both of which now available for streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you below.

Sharing their excitement about the signing and the new material, the band commented:

“We’re very excited to be joining Seek and Strike after years of grinding! We’ve been working long and hard on these songs we’re about to release and we’re thankful to have such an experienced team behind us. It wasn’t just about signing, it was about finding a team who saw the vision we do and believes in that vision as much as we do. Along with a roster full of heavy hitters we admire, we knew this is where we belong. While working on these songs we held the thought in our head that we need these tracks to hit harder than ever before. I knew we were onto something good, but I had no idea that I’d listen to the final masters and be this blown away by what we’ve done.

The first single, ‘12 Gauge Facial,’ is a nod to the OG MySpace deathcore days. This song is about revenge in the best way possible. A shotgun point blank to the face of your enemy. We chose this as the first single because it’s one of our catchier songs and includes gang chants that will translate to our live shows. Crowd participation is important to us because it elevates the experience and creates some insanely memorable moments. We’re definitely playing this on our upcoming East Coast tour.

With this EP we really wanted to give our fans what they expect from us, but elevating everything to the next level. The breakdowns hit harder, the riffs are massive, the quality is insane and the snare has more ping than ever. We’ve kept the vibe of our songs the same, dark and pissed off, and we hope you enjoy every moment.”
