Junius Premiere New Single & Music Video "The Oracle" From Upcoming New Album "Sotera"

Junius have premiered their new single “The Oracle,” accompanied by a Samia Zaidi-directed music video now streaming online.

The track serves as the second single from the Boston metalgaze band’s first new studio album since 2017. That record, titled “Sotera,” is scheduled for release on June 26th through Prosthetic Records.

Speaking about the song, vocalist/guitarist Joseph E. Martinez said:

“‘The Oracle‘ deals with judgment, not moral judgment, but truth. ‘The Oracle‘ watches from up high, seeing civilization get corrupted and drift further away from her. The video is important because we rarely foreground ourselves visually. After some time away, physically reappearing felt appropriate.”
