Atreyu Tap Max Cavalera For Their New Sepultura-Inspired Single "Children Of Light"

Melodic metalcore band Atreyu have recruited Brazilian metal icon Max Cavalera for the latest single from their upcoming album, “The End Is Not The End.” Known for his work with Sepultura, Soulfly, Cavalera, and Killer Be Killed, Cavalera brings his signature intensity to the new track, titled “Children Of Light.”

Speaking on the collaboration, Atreyu shared:

“‘Children Of Light‘ was created with a primal spirit in mind. A ‘festival’ song. Heavily inspired by classic Sepultura, though it seemed like an untouchable ask, we wanted Max involved. We’re honored to share this song with a legend.”

“The End Is Not The End” is set for release on April 24th via Spinefarm. Ahead of that, fans can join a free livestream listening party for the album on Veeps on April 22nd.

To support the record, Atreyu will hit the road this spring alongside Sevendust, Fire From The Gods, and American Adrenalin, in addition to select headlining dates and festival appearances.
