70000 Tons of Metal - The World's Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise

"some music was meant to stay underground..."

Satyricon, black metal

Norwegian black metallers Satyricon have pushed back the release of their first major label release through EMI Norway.

While details of the delay weren't disclosed, it appears everything is out of the band's control as the mixing of the album probably won't take place until after February. However, Satyricon's upcoming "Best Of", Ten Horns - Ten Diadems, has been pushed forward on the Moonfog release schedule to fill the gap caused by the delay.

Satyricon's as-yet-untitled fifth full-length record should drop sometime in fall 2002 on EMI Norway and Nuclear Blast worldwide while Ten Horns - Ten Diadems is scheduled for a spring 2002 on Moonfog.
