Nine Inch Nails drummer Jerome Dillon has confirmed that, fortunately, he suffered from nothing more serious than fatigue and exhaustion, when he complained of chest pains onstage in San Diego. The incident happened on September 16, forcing the band to cut their set, with Dillon being rushed to hospital.
