Carnation Premiere New Single & Music Video "Cycle of Suffering" From Upcoming New Album "Cursed Mortality"
With just one month remaining until the release of their third full-length studio album, "Cursed Mortality," Belgian death metal band Carnation is back with another single and its accompanying music video, streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you now below. This time, they're highlighting the track "Cycle of Suffering."
Described as a "brutal reminder of why Carnation is at the forefront of the old-school death metal revival," the track delivers classic death metal brutality. The music video was directed by Panda Productions. This new track will be the final single before the album's release.
Unlike their previous single "Replicant," "Cycle of Suffering" forgoes clean vocals entirely, instead showcasing vocalist Simon Duson's deep and guttural growls throughout the song.
Comment the group:
“‘Cycle of Suffering’ is a relentless track that expertly treads the line between commanding lead sections and thunderous rhythmic riffage. It’s an absolute blast to perform, which is why we gave it an energetic music video that focuses on our live performance. Undoubtedly, this track will end up in the set list of many of our future live shows.”
