Coal Chamber, Rayna Foss-Rose, Morgan Rose, Dez Fafara
Bassist Rayna Foss-Rose has left Coal Chamber to focus on motherhood and has been replaced by Nadja Puelen, who toured with the band during Foss-Rose's maternity leave. Foss-Rose gave birth to Kayla in October 1999 and has decided to devote more time to her family (husband, Sevendust drummer Morgan Rose, and their 2-year-old daughter). "This was a hard decision to make, but is one that Morgan and I feel is important to our lives and our family," Foss-Rose said in a statement. "We as a band support this decision," frontman Dez Fafara said. "Family comes first. We will miss her greatly." Puelen will make her official debut as Coal Chamber's new bassist on March 8th when the band is due to kick off its Jagermeister-sponsored tour with Drowning Pool and Ill Nino. Coal Chamber's third album, Dark Days, features Foss-Rose and is due to be released in April.
