Into The Moat Lose Guitarist, Cancel Shows

Into the Moat guitarist, Robert Shaffer, has left the band in the middle of their tour, forcing the band to cancel some shows as they look for a replacement. Vocalist Earl Ruwell IV has posted this message on the band's website:

We send our deepest apologies to the people who came out to see us and were not there. As you know, our bassist quit the band the first day of this soilent green tour leaving us to play 3 weeks of it with only guitar. Now we are suffering another devastating blow to the band as our guitarist, Robert Shaffer thought it was best to quit the band right in the middle of the tour and would not agree to finishing up any tours. We are currently back at home working really hard to find someone in the meantime able to tour til the end of october. Yet again we want to apologize. Thanks to his irresponsible actions we are forced to drop off some shows but we plan on jumping back on the tour ASAP. So if you live in the south florida area, can play guitar well, don't have much to, and aren't an emotion basketcase...... email us into_the_moat@hotmail.com

Many bands would quit and break up faced with these major set backs, but the original, current, and true members of this band choose to face our problems, rather than run from them. We will be back in full force in no tie.
