Swedish "death 'n' roll" band HEARSE, featuring former ARCH ENEMY singer Johan Liiva, have inked a deal with Cold Records. The group recently issued their third album, "The Last Ordeal", through Holland's Karmageddon Media.

Formed by longtime friends Max Thornell (drums) and Liiva, HEARSE recorded a demo before signing with Hammerheart Records. The band released a limited-edition 7-inch single, entitled "Torch", prior to issuing their debut album, "Dominion Reptillian", in 2003. A follow-up effort, "Armageddon Mon Amour", came out in 2004.
