"Doomsday" is great - solid riffs, melodic breaks, dueling solos, vocals shred with rage - far superior to "Anthems" in every respect.

I like it but I wouldn't say far superior to Anthems in every respect. I could use a little more thrash sound that Anthems had. There's lots of mid-pace in Doomsday.

This is definately the best arch enemy album since wages of sin...anthems was good but it lacked on rage, agressive stuff, etc...and doomsday has it all!!! From brutal double bass drums to melodic solos, tec....i never felt disappointed, or something like it...in fact i was enjoying it from the opening track till the last one!!!.....If u don't have it...what are u waiting for?
