The lineup is close to finalized for Bloodstock 2005 at the Assembly Rooms on 2nd-3rd September. As it stands, there is a wide mix of Thrash, Gothic, Doom, Heavy, Classic, Femme, Power, Metal, and more. The lineup is looking like this:

They are still awaiting confirmation from a band for the #2 slot on Saturday and maybe one or two others.

It's just a taste thing. I just can't stand the vocals personally, and the themes are so unworldly and KIng Arthur "folksy" I just can get into it.....I'm not condemning anyone for liking it.....

I listen to Tool, Porcupine Tree, Opeth, (old)Metallica, KSE and Strapping Young Lad.....all of theses bands have highly skilled guitarist and singers that match or surpass the Dio-inspired lot.
