CKY To Headline North American "Rock Adio Tour"

Island recording group CKY, whose long-awaited album, AN ANSWER CAN BE FOUND, will be released on June 28th, will commence their first major North American tour in 2 years when they kick off the Rock Adio Tour on August 8th at Soma in San Diego. (See complete tour dates below.) In advance of tour dates, members of the hyper-revolutionary fanbase known as the CKY Alliance will be able to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public. The 5-week Rock Adio Tour, with special guests Fireball Ministry and The Knives, is sponsored by Adio Footwear, makers of skateboard footwear for such luminaries as Tony Hawk, Bam Margera and creators of the CKY shoe, to be introduced this summer. CKY will headline the 8th annual Skate Fest on September 9th at The Palladium in Worcester, MA.

The new album was written by CKY and produced by guitarist Chad I Ginsburg, with the first single “Familiar Realm,” hitting the radio charts. On Friday, May 27th, M2 premiered CKY’s A Very Special Special.

I havent bought it yet but Ill most likely get it today. The songs that I heard demoed do sound similar, but that makes it all the more exciting to hear the songs over and over and pick out the awesome differneces. CKY rocks. Cant wait for Anaheim!!!

hey, the new album sounded a little disapointing to me at first, but the more i listen to it, the more i absolutely love it! they were not going to just make another IDR album, come on, every band wants to try and top what they've done in the past.
