Old Glory, the multi-channel retailer that includes a series of catalogs, the highly trafficked OldGlory.com website, and a consistently growing network of Old Glory retail stores, announced today that its Emerald Square Mall store will host special visits from the bands All That Remains and The Red Chord on Thursday June 23rd.
This event will kick off the Sounds of the Underground Tour which launches on June 25th in Lowell, MA. This international tour performs throughout the summer in the U.S. and Canada. Members of All That Remains and The Red Chord will make a personal appearance for two hours at Old Glory store to meet fans and sign autographs.
All That Remains is a Massachusetts-based quintet, writing and performing their own brand of heavy music which has taken them far and won them widespread acclaim. "This Darkened Heart," All That Remains' second album, is a dynamic testament to metal's ever-increasing diversity: acoustic passages and clean vocals intertwine with blast beats, screaming and all-out thrash assaults.
The Red Chord is a grind-hardcore band from the north shore of Massachusetts whose collective goal is to push the extremes of aggressive music and to combine the best aspects of the hardcore, death, grind and metal genres. "Clients," The Red Chord’s second album, doesn't pretend to be the least bit subtle. Combining the grindcore style of death metal with metalcore, Clients is a sledgehammmer of a CD—a nasty, harsh, truly unforgiving effort that goes for the jugular and makes no bones about it.
Also that day Old Glory will host an exciting in-store raffle loaded with prizes valued up to $1,000! Shop the Old Glory store at Emerald Square Mall starting Monday June 13th for your chance to be entered into the drawing. Grand Prize to include a pair of tickets for The Sounds of the Underground Tour, choice of an All That Remains or The Red Chord t-shirts, an autographed copy of each bands’ CD and a $50 gift certificate toward Old Glory music and entertainment merchandise. 53 additional prize packages will also be given away!

Old Glory also attracts members of the baby boom generation due to our wide array of classic rock, retro apparel & memorabilia.
