AL.com report that concert-goer Jordan Taylor Pardue and his mother’s lawsuit against ICM Partners for a spinal injury he allegedly received during a 2014 Cannibal Corpse performance at the Soul Kitchen Music Hall in Mobile, AL has been stopped from proceeding.
Jordan Taylor Pardue is said to have sustained the injury while in the crowd and required over $1.2 million in medical treatment since. ICM Partners booked Cannibal Corpse for the show and were paid $250 commission. While a Mobile County judge initially let the lawsuit proceed, the Alabama Supreme Court recently overturned the decision, stating the Mobile County judge was wrong to let the suit against ICM Partners go forward.

Hipsters shouldn't go to hard shows, if your soft you will get squashed☠my point is, 💀CANNIBAL CORPES💀 has been around for awhile, there music has been violent an delishisly brutal since I can remember. You have to learn them, before you understand them. You don't just research them after you watch Ace Ventura pet detective), an go to a show. The song is HAMMER SMASH FACE! Hey Jordan Purdue, go to a blink 182, or green day concert. You'll have fun with all the other bubble gum punksters.

The same sh** happened in Boston. Back in the day Drew Bledsoe (then QB for the Patriots) went to a show at the Paradise club in Boston. Apparently he was stage diving and landed on many people. Well one person recognized him and filed suit against the club thus ending the stage diving era in Boston. People who go to shows know exactly what their getting into, especially fans of bands like Cannibal Corpse. Maybe he should have stayed in the back of the venue with his mommy.....
