Love Is Red Finally Call It Quits
Following months of rumors and conflicting information, it appears that Love Is Red have indeed disbanded. As you may recall, the group parted ways with vocalist Hunter Weeks and bassist Jeff Yancey in late-February, but intended to regroup and carry on. Apparently that hasn't happened. Drummer Kyle Mims is now playing drums for Evergreen Terrace, while other members have moved to various parts of the country. Formed in 2000, Love Is Red has released material with Stillborn Records and Recorse Records, and had reportedly solidified a deal with Abacus Recordings.
