Buckshot Facelift Streaming Full "Ulcer Island" Album

New York-based power violence/death metal/grindcore crew Buckshot Facelift is finally nearing the release of fourth full-length, "Ulcer Island," which will be released through Paragon Records this Friday, April 14th.

Ahead of it's looming release, the band has premiered an early full stream of the album via YouTube. Listen in below. Vocalist Will (Artifical Brain, Afterbirth) comments:
