Slaughter To Prevail Releasing New Album "Misery Sermon"

Heavy metal band Slaughter To Prevail is set to release new album "Misery Sermon" on May 5th through Sumerian Records. The album is currently available to fans for pre-order here and comes in multiple bundles including limited edition vinyl available in “Kill Room Clear” and “Burial Brown." While vinyl ships out in June, and fans will receive a digital download of the album on the street date via email.

Formed in 2014, Slaughter To Prevail hails from the United Kingdom and Russia and after only releasing two songs, the band embarked on a full tour across Europe and Russia supporting Ingested. The group then caught the attention of Sumerian Records, and after re-releasing the "Chapters of Misery" EP hit the road for the Summer Slaughter tour 2016.

Guitarist Jack Simmons comments on the new album: "I am really ecstatic to finally release Misery Sermon, after we put so much hard work into it we know that it has surpassed our previous work and defines the sound we were hoping to achieve with it."
