Death Metal Bird Song Releases "Capella Gold" Album
Are you ready for this one? Appalachian folk karoake bird-obsessed a capella metal has arrived. Buckle up folks.
After 25 years of being in and out of the chicken coop, Bill "Cuckoo Braaaaaaaaaaaaains" Barnes has finally released an album, "Capella Gold." The Cuckoo bird is a solitary bird and it doesn't get along with other birds, so Bill created this album all by himself. There are no instruments. There is only Bill's voice, and of course...bird calls. A couple of the songs are a preview of Bill's upcoming cannibalistic country project, Bill Barnes and the Geiners + A Beaner.
All songs were recorded in Bill's swallow cave or live at the Common Interest in Austin, Texas, where Bill and flock members, Chris "Stoned Raven" and internet/Austin 6th Street legend, G.O.A.T. corn holed Austin karaoke. Bill is negotiating with G.O.A.T. about releasing those songs on a DVD and live album.
The eight tracks that comprise the album pick at some meaty topics like cannibalism, Ed Gein, tits (avian and human), menstrual-drinking vampires, barracudas, trolling and...of course, bird songs!

2. Ballad of a Fellar From Wisconsin
