Surgical Meth Machine is set to release a self-titled debut, which was recorded primarily at Jourgensen's home studio in Los Angeles, California on April 15th worldwide. The track listing is as follows:

There's something vaguely offensive but mostly just lazy feeling about all of this. Like he's trying to give the middle finger to the music industry and to the fans, but he couldn't quite raise it all the way up and got stuck at half mast. He's got whiskey-middle finger.
