Pyramido Releasing New Album "Vatten"
Pyramido's "Vatten" is coming via Halo of Flies Records on May 1st, 2016, with the label having this to say:
"Sweden's Pyramido has consistently churned out gut-wrenching doom, and its fourth full-length, 'Vatten,' is its best yet. The band's first release since 2013 LP 'Saga' (also released by Halo of Flies), 'Vatten' includes nods to Isis, Slowdive, Coceau Twins, and even Coltrane, while maintaining the crushing heaviness that defines Pyramido. There’s something for everyone who can appreciate some of the best melodic hooks this genre has to offer."
According to the band, "Vatten" is "as good as it gonna get. And no, it´s not a concept album about water." The track listing is:
