Slipknot are one of the best metal bands ever but is this tour really needed i would prefer them to go back in the studio to record some new and fresh songs and release a new album, this tour just seems like they try to milk the nu metal fans out of there money it is not required and it seems a waste of time considering they have been touring for this gray chapter album for over 2 years. And why tour with marilyn manson he gives nu metal bands a bad reputation.

As much as I wanna hate on slipknot I can't because of how evil and brutal IOWA was and continues to be.....I'll be waiting for them to play that in it's entirety possibly as an anniversary of the release

lol@ metal folk who're in it for and/or worried about "reputation" at this point in the game. What do you have to prove?

All I know when all the great albums from Europe were coming out and nobody knew about them in the '90s, all these nu metal bands with their bouncy rhythms, saggy pants and boring guitar licks were what was considered "metal" back then. I couldn't talk to people about metal without them saying "oh, you these nu metal bands?" I like Korn's first album and some Slikpknot is ok, but I think they're over rated. Joey Jordison is a great drummer (was, not with them anymore), but he was no Frost or Tyrm when he toured with Satyricon.

Lol how many musicians does it take to make a sh**ty tour? About 11 in clown suits incl a fat washed up rock star that hasn't had a decent record since 1999 haha
