Castle Freak Releasing "Human Hive" EP

The gore obsessed death metal maniacs from Castle Freak return with "Human Hive," which takes the sound from previous EP "Still Rotting" and propels it to the next level.

The EP features 5 tracks of disgusting death metal, including a re-recording of two older tracks ("Sickening Corpses" and "Toxic Winds") as well as a cover of Impetigo's "Boneyard."

"Human Hive" will be released on March 19th on both a limited edition cassette and digitally. This EP also marks a line-up change for the band with Ben Anft ow on bass (Ex-Necropsy) and Sebastian Phillips (Noisem) joining on drums.

Guitarist Zak Carter had the following to say: "I'm very fucking stoked about how our new EP 'Human Hive' turned out. It's our first release since coming back from being on hiatus for most of 2015, and our first with our new rhythm section. I'm very happy to have my longtime friends Sebastian Phillips and Ben Anft in the group on drums and bass, respectively, and I feel that their contributions to this release make it a perfect successor to 'Still Rotting' both in terms of songwriting and production."
