The Basement Paintings Releasing New Album "Mystic"

Saskatoon's The Basement Paintings just revealed the release date for upcoming album "Mystic," due out on March 4th, 2016 to coincide with the release of a new tour.

"Mystic" is the follow-up to 2013 EP "Time Lapse City," which was produced and mixed by Aaron Harris (Isis).

"Mystic is the relationship between the human mind and its relentless pursuit of knowledge," commented the band "Initially wandering nomadically and aimlessly, you find yourself lusting for a greater understanding of some topic, bury yourself in it, and emerge as a more evolved form of existence, a Mystic…enlightened."

1. Nomad
2. Veda
3. River
4. Portal
5. Cave Dance
6. Pensive
7. Oneiros
