Crowley Believes Hoffman Wants Chuck Billy

Original Deicide guitarist has stirred the flames of the Internet recently with statements about Acheron vocalist Vincent Crowley playing in his group, Amon. Vincent Crowley made the following statement via his Facebook page.

"Hails All! I wanted to respond to Amon Eric Hoffman's recent post. I’ve been getting a lot of emails asking if I am the new singer of his band AMON. I believe Eric is re-vamping AMON and wants to get it active again. His post is more or less people he would like to work with. But obviously he makes it known in the post that not everyone has agreed yet.

I have been friends with Eric and Brian Hoffman for many years since the early pre-DEICIDE AMON days. They have always been great guys and I’ve had the pleasure to open for DEICIDE while in ACHERON. They have always been top notch people to me.

I’ve talked to Eric many times on the phone and he lives for AMON. And that is what he should be doing. If he ever needs me to help him with Vocals in AMON I would have no problem doing it. But as of now I am not working with AMON. And I believe Eric wants Chuck Billy to sing and waiting for his response.

Either way, I wish Eric and Brian the best of luck on the new era of AMON! I want to hear some new Devilish tunes soon! Ave Satanas! Bring forth Hell, my Brothers!"
