Yes, some people still do care about Megadeth. Their last great albums were Endgame and United Abominations. Their last good album was Thirteen, and yes, even Super Collider had a few enjoyable songs. Dave Mustaine may sometimes be irritating to the media, but his music (not always his message) always speaks to me.

After the 2 albums he did when he came back were awesome, then after United Abominations they kinda went down hill, culminating in Super Collider, which was pretty lame. This is a real step up from that, it has more of an old school Megadeth feel, and the new lineup definitely breathes new life into the band. First single was bada$$ and this was cool. I'm looking forward to this, more so than their last few records.

My issue with this song is it sets itself up for some really interesting possible changes or interludes and it just keeps on truckin' on the same riff. It's not a bad riff, it's just a shame the opportunities were abandoned or simply not explored.
What IS bad, though, is Mustaine's voice. It is shot, and that effect he's using makes it even more apparent. I think it worked for the other song they just released, and I kinda liked it after the initial shock dissipated, but here it's just a sad reminder the ol' clock never stops ticking.
