Dark Sermon Streaming New Single "Rat King"
Dark Sermon today debuts an all new single titled "Rat King" - listen in below courtesy of Metalsucks.net.
"It discusses how misguided, filthy, backwards, and wholly underdeveloped the kingdom of man is currently, especially when compared to its true potential," says frontman Johnny Crowder. "As a species, humans have a lot of work to do in order to grow and ascend."
The band has also revealed the album artwork from forthcoming LP "The Oracle," created by artist Shaun Beaudry of Mister Beaudry Illustration. Crowder continues, "The album art portrays the Divine Feminine in her human form. She speaks with the stars and sacrifices herself in martyrdom, understanding that blood is the only channel the children of Earth are willing to comprehend."
Dark Sermon will release "The Oracle" on August 21st, 2015 via eOne Music / Good Fight Music and bears the following track listing:
