Ne Obliviscaris Kicking Off European Tour Dates

Australian progressive metal band Ne Obliviscaris is kicking off a European tour and previously announced range of 2015 festival dates tonight in Germany alongside label mates Der Weg Einer Freiheit.

The band will be performing as part of this year's Hellfest (France), Tuska Open Air (Finland), Summer Breeze (Germany), Resurrection Fest (Spain), and more. A full list of confirmed tour dates can be found below.

I have no one to blame but myself for not getting into this band until now. These guys are awesome! The left handed headless bass and guitar were pretty cool. Great musicianship. The violinist reminds me of the Mahavishnu Orchestra.

This new album was nothing short of f***ing amazing. They really took it up a notch there with a unifying theme (the dark and sinister violins) while still being overall experimental and avant-garde across the disc.
